Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Each Capra piece is carefully packaged to protect the craftsmanship and quality it carries from mountain to your doorstep.
Delivery Time: 2 to 4 business days for major cities. Outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery on orders over R1000. A flat rate of R80 applies to orders below this amount.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey.
We currently ship only within South Africa. If you are located outside the country and wish to place an order, please reach out to our team at info@capracashmere.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Capra piece. If something is not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges.
Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
How to Return: Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Cost: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please note that due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on worn or altered items.
